About this find

Vintage Waterford Crystal 1984 "Holly Lamp" Christmas Plate – First Edition

Up for auction/sale is a beautiful, highly collectible 1984 Waterford Crystal Christmas Plate. This piece features the iconic "Holly Lamp" (Candle Lantern) motif and serves as the very first, inaugural edition of Waterford’s celebrated "Twelve Days of Christmas" annual plate series (which ran from 1984–1995).

Crafted in Ireland from premium sparkling lead crystal, it showcases a stunning diamond-patterned border surrounding a frosted central medallion. The centerpiece is etched with a traditional holiday lantern, holly leaves, a festive bow, and the words "Christmas - 1984".
